TRUSTING HANDS HOME HEALTH CARE
WHO WE ARE:
Trusting Hands Home Health Care is a program component of The Community Alliance of Human Services. We are licensed by the state of New Hampshire to provide short term intervention or long term health care to individuals in the Sullivan, lower Grafton, and western Merrimack County areas.
OUR MISSION:
Our staff is dedicated to assisting clients to attain their maximum rehabilitative status and maximum possible independence. Our licensed and experienced staff provide services in the privacy and comfort of clients’ homes.
OUR STAFF AND SERVICES:
The Trusting Hands staff consists of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Licensed Nursing Assistants, Homemakers/Companions, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech/Language Pathologists and Social Workers.
These skilled individuals work with clients in their own homes, under the direction of the client’s physician, to increase functioning, health, and independence.

Any resident of the Franklin, New London, Claremont, Lebanon, Newport or surrounding towns who has physician orders for home health care, regardless of age. We serve children and adults who:
