HOME HEALTH SERVICES

Through its home health care service programming, Community Alliance of Human Services offers supports to assist individuals in remaining independent and in their homes. Program components include:

Trusting Hands Home Health Care – the Agency’s fully licensed home care program serving residents of Sullivan, lower Grafton, and western Merrimack Counties.
Trusting Hands Resources for Independent Living (THRIL) Program – designed to promote the health, safety, and increased capabilities of seniors living in the Newport, Claremont, and Charlestown communities
