SENIOR HOUSING MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Community Alliance of Human Services has provided management services for
independent living complexes for seniors for several.
Years. Currently, the
Alliance provides services to Maple Manor Apartments, a 40-unit complex located
at 44 Maple Street in Newport.
In addition to management services provided by the Alliance, the Agency also provides direct line staff and maintenance services for this location. Staff has experience working with HUD and Section 8 Housing; Rural Development; and NH Housing Finance Authority. Staff is trained in the regulations that govern this type of housing, as well as in Fair Housing Compliance issues. Community Alliance, as a housing management agent, is also a member of the Granite State Housing Managers Association.
