Tobacco Options Program. Our Tobacco Options Program allows courts, police and School Resource Officers to refer youth, ages 12-17, for participation in a program aimed at educating youth and adolescents about the dangers, health risks and addictive nature of tobacco products. The Tobacco Options curriculum includes written material, videos and discussion. The youth may also receive community service hours in addition to the Tobacco Options Program. There is a $50 fee for Sullivan County residents and a $65 fee for out-of-county residents.
